Abstract

In the field of Qur'anic interpretation and comparative studies, like other types of interpretation, the discussion about its specific foundations plays an effective role in shaping and directing the method and rules of comparison and comparison between viewpoints. In the present article, which is done by analysis and description method, the views of the experts on the basics of comparative interpretation, evaluation and criticism and the most important basics of comparative studies on the axis of Qur'an and interpretation are introduced. The result of the research is that, after examining and criticizing three viewpoints in the basics of comparative interpretation, according to the distinction of bases, presuppositions and principles from each other, it was found that comparative interpretation is based on two presuppositions: the existence of differences, and commonality between Two sides of the comparison, and one basis: "the existence of single, common and acceptable linguistic standards among the comparisons, based on which correct judgment can be made between them" is established. Also, some cases such as: "The necessity of not biasing the researcher towards one of the sides of the comparison, avoiding cynicism and accusations, not comparing the interpretation with opinion to the other side, not being prejudiced against religious and religious presuppositions, not calling the narrations fake. Tafseer of the opposite religion and non-excommunication of the opposite religion, due to being normative, should be considered as the principles of comparative Quranic studies and interpretation, not its foundations.
