The theory of "living, divine" in the thought of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, as a philosophical, mystical, and epistemological foundation, plays a central role in the interpretation of the Quran. This theory introduces man as a living, rational, and divine being, and understanding the meanings of the Quran requires spiritual presence, self-refining, and divine reasoning. The present study, using an analytical-descriptive approach, examined Javadi Amoli's interpretive works and analyzed the impact of the theory of living, divine on three dimensions: individual, social, and interpretive. The findings show that this theory takes the understanding of the Quran beyond the purely verbal and historical level and elevates it to an intuitive, existential, and behavioral process; in such a way that the connection between reason, intuition, revelation, and ethics becomes apparent in interpretation. From a methodological perspective, the research is based on the approach of conceptual analysis and philosophical-Quranic interpretation. By utilizing the intratextual analysis of Javadi Amoli's works and the systematic explanation of key concepts such as rational life, revelational connection, and intuitive reasoning, it presents a new conceptual formulation of the process of understanding the Quran. The main achievement of the research is the emphasis on the feasibility of developing interpretive methods in the light of transcendental anthropology and intuitive rationality
