The unique combination of "perfect wisdom (hekmate baleqe) ", which is used only once in
the Holy Qur'an, has two semantic possibilities; In one sense, it means "a complete and perfect
wisdom" and in another sense, it means "an expressive and eloquent wisdom". This paper has
studied these semantic possibilities in the works of translators and commentators of the Holy
Qur'an and then, by exploring the two components of the combination and considering the
similar Qur'anic combination "perfect argument" as well as the context of the verse, presented
its acceptable meaning. Accordingly, the meaning of "perfect wisdom" is essentially complete,
thorough, and firm knowledge without flaws and shortcomings.” That’s why it can have
an impact on the audience and be called expressive and efficient. It is worth mentioning that
the “Holy Qur’an” and the knowledge and warnings embedded in its verses is a complete and
comprehensive example of this perfect wisdom.
